How do I get return labels?

Will the postage costs of the return be covered?

What documents do I need to provide when returning?
Weiterlesen →It is sufficient if you include the return slip from our returns portal. A more detailed debit note is not required.

Do returns have to be differentiated when registering?
Weiterlesen →Returns with different reasons (e.g., quality and goodwill) cannot be registered together in one return. Otherwise, there are no further limitations.

Do returns have to be agreed upon before registration?
Weiterlesen →Individual items that have a quality defect can be registered without contacting us beforehand. For all other returns, please contact your POSM or the CSS.

Can I return multiple returns in one package?
Weiterlesen →Yes, that is possible. To ensure that it is clear for our colleagues in the logistics that these are different returns, the corresponding return form must be enclosed with each return.

Why is my return registration in the portal back on draft?
Weiterlesen →If you have already posted your return for approval and then it is back on draft, the return has been rejected by your contact person. Please note the comment in the upper left corner of the "Summary" field: Here we inform you about the reason for the rejection. You can now revise the return and post it again for approval.
