Auto NOOS
-
What does Auto-NOOS mean and what are the requirements?
Weiterlesen →Auto-NOOS is the automatic replenishment of NOOS and SRS articles on basis of article/colour/length/size (EAN).
For each EAN, there is a target stock in our system, which is initially set at the level of the basic stocking.
Based on the SLSRPTs sent (sales via EDI), the actual stock decreases.
The quantity of replenishment is then determined from the difference between the target and actual inventory, taking into account the open orders. An EDI connection and the daily dispatch of the SLSRPTs are therefore a prerequisite.
Stock transfers between the POS are prohibited, as these cannot be mapped and actual stock deviations are the result.
Automatic replenishment takes place until the end of the article period. -
How regularly are Auto NOOS replenishments triggered?
Weiterlesen →The order generation of the Auto-NOOS orders takes place three times per week to minimize shipping costs and avoid the shipment of individual parts.
For these reasons, a minimum quantity of three pieces must be reached. -
Why are correct actual inventories so important?
Weiterlesen →There are two relevant stocks for Auto-NOOS restocking: the actual stock and the target stock.
Based on the SLSRPTs sent (sales via EDI), the actual stock decreases.
The quantity of replenishment is then determined from the difference between the target and actual stock, taking into account the open orders.
Therefore, without a correct actual inventory, no correct replenishment quantities can be determined. -
How can the quality of the actual inventories be ensured?
Weiterlesen →Daily transmission of SLSRPTs with valid EAN.
Reporting of shortages or incorrect deliveries.
No relocations to an other POS. -
How can actual inventories be adjusted?
Weiterlesen →Actual stocks for individual items can be adjusted by emailing the CSS the following information:
Admission time before or after closing time
Date of Recording
Customer
Item/Color/Size
Quantities - Missing sizes are to be specified as 0If an adjustment is necessary due to large stock differences, an INVRPT (inventory report via EDI) must be processed.
To do this, an appointment for the takeover must be made with CSS, as there is currently no automatic takeover. -
How can target stocks be adjusted?
Weiterlesen →Target stocks are adjusted via the responsible POS Manager.
-
How can a connection to Auto-NOOS be made?
Weiterlesen →If a Auto-NOOS connection is desired, a signed participation agreement is required.
The participation agreement must specify which brand/gender/lines are to be connected.
A subsequent inclusion of further brand/gender/lines requires a new agreement. The connection is made either with
Existing stocks that have been determined from the SLSRPTs sent daily
or transfer of an INVRPT (inventory report via EDI) if SLSRPTs have not yet been transferred. To do this, an appointment for the takeover must be made with the CSS, as an automatic takeover has not currently taken place
or basic assembly for new brand/gender/lines to be connected.
The CSS will decide on the way to connect when reviewing the participation agreement and will contact you if necessary. -
Are manual reorders for NOOS articles taken into account in replenishment?
Weiterlesen →All additionally recorded orders via ORS, EDI, for example, are taken into account by Auto-NOOS and reduce the need for replenishment.
As soon as the orders are delivered, the actual stock is increased accordingly and therefore the automatic stock is increased and the Supply inhibited. -
What can be the reasons why there is no replenishment via Auto-NOOS?
Weiterlesen →SLSRPTs are missing or sent with incorrect EANs.
SLSRPTs were submitted late.
Shortages or incorrect deliveries were not reported, resulting in incorrect actual stocks.
Stock transfers have been made, which means that the actual stocks are no longer correct.
Target stock is too low.
There is no stock available.
The minimum quantity of 3 pieces was not reached. -
How can I check if my SLSRPTs are being submitted?
Weiterlesen →The transmission of the SLSRPTs must be checked in your system or with your service provider.
If you need confirmation, please contact your POS Manager or CSS. -
Does Auto-NOOS produce backlogs?
Weiterlesen →There are generally no backlogs with Auto-NOOS.
However, if an item is not available, it will be sent automatically as soon as stock is available again due to the discrepancy between actual and target stock, even if the last sale was a long time ago.
If the item has been stopped in the meantime, no order will be created as soon as stock is available. -
Subsequent delivery after item stop. How can that be?
Weiterlesen →The decisive factor is always the order date, not the delivery note date or delivery date at the POS.
There can always be time overlaps.
The order can already be created and in picking or delivery before the item stop has been made. -
What should be considered in the event of incorrect deliveries/shortages?
Weiterlesen →Incorrect deliveries, shortages and excess quantities must always be reported to CSS.
This allows us to ensure the actual inventories in our system as well. -
Why can't transfers be made between POS?
Weiterlesen →If a transfer is carried out, the actual stock on the transferring POS is reduced, of which we are not aware.
Without a correct actual stock, no correct replenishment quantities can be determined.
