● The S.OLIVER GROUP ensures that the information and documentation required for the packaging are documented and available.

● In the event of inquiries from market surveillance authorities, the S.OLIVER GROUP can provide the required documents and evidence relating to our packaging and products.

● The PPWR promotes the improvement of the recyclability of packaging throughout Europe, as well as the increased use of recycled materials.

● The regulation will be implemented gradually and will further harmonize packaging requirements in the coming years.
