Orders

The order confirmation is your original order, which you receive after the order has been completed. In addition, you will receive another order confirmation for pre-order orders. This is how we inform you about changes to your original order after the order period and before delivery begins.

In the document history, under "Orders", you will also see orders that reach us in a way other than our order systems. These include, for example, subsequent additions via Auto-Noos, orders via EDI or subsequent NOOS basic equipment.

As soon as we have information about a new delivery date for NOOS items, this will be displayed in the ORS. This also happens if the item is still available in stock and can be ordered.

NOOS items can only be reordered in options for which a basic stock is available. If you have an item request for which you do not have order authorization, please contact CSS.

Please inform us of any change requests as soon as possible. Whether we can make these changes will then be reviewed.

Reorders can be prioritized in processing if necessary. However, we cannot guarantee a fixed shipping date.

If there are cancellations in your pre-orders, you will receive an updated order confirmation 14 days after the sales period and 14 days before the start of the delivery period.

As soon as the pre-order goods have been delivered, the remaining quantities will be released for re-order. This may take a few days. You are welcome to keep an eye on stocks via the online reorder service to meet your needs.
